Personal Branding · A 360 ELEVATED® Vertical
You built the company. Now build the name in front of it.
Most founders don’t have a visibility problem. They have a narrative problem.
The credibility is real, the track record is long, and the public version of it is scattered across a stale bio, a feed nobody manages, and a headshot from three companies ago.
We fix the order of operations. Architecture first, volume second.

Strategy, writing, film, PR, publishing
If you’re already established, more content isn’t the answer
You can tell when a personal brand was built volume-first. The posts are constant and the positioning is soft. Nobody can repeat back what the person stands for, because nothing was decided before publishing started.
- The company brand is strong. The personal brand is an afterthought that keeps costing you deals, stages and inbound talent.
- You’ve been quoted in press before, but there’s no throughline. Three interviews, three different versions of you.
- You’re sitting on twenty-plus years of operating perspective and no system for getting it out of your head.
- A previous agency sold you posting cadence. You got cadence. You didn’t get position.
- There’s a raise, a succession, an exit or a board seat ahead, and the public record needs to be in front of it.
Brand of a Leader, in three phases
Every engagement starts here. We don’t produce content until we know what the content is meant to prove.
01. Brand architecture
What you stand for, in language you’d actually say out loud.
We interview you the way a journalist would, not the way an intake form would. Then we build the structure: positioning, point of view, the two or three territories you credibly own, and a voice guide that keeps every future asset sounding like you.
What you get
Positioning statement. Point-of-view platform. Signature story bank. Voice and tone guide. Full bio suite. Visual direction. Message hierarchy for press and stage.
02. Scaling strategy
Where the narrative goes, in what order, measured against what.
Architecture without distribution is a document nobody opens. We map channels to outcomes, which platforms, publications, stages and podcasts, at what cadence, against which metrics. The runway before the plane.
What you get
Channel strategy. Editorial pillars and calendar. Media and podcast target list. Speaking and awards strategy. Name-search visibility plan. Measurement framework.
03. Co-created execution
Built with you. Not about you.
You bring the thinking in interviews and voice notes. We handle production. Everything below is drawn on as the strategy calls for it, and nothing publishes in a voice you don’t recognize.
What you get
Ghostwritten articles and bylines. Podcast production and placement. Founder film. Social systems. Media outreach. Ongoing reputation monitoring.

What we produce, all under one roof
Full-service means the strategist, the writer, the journalist, the camera, the designer and the publicist work in the same building. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor who has never met you.
Executive PR and speaker relations
Public relations and speaker relations for C-suite executives, founders and organizational leaders. We pair brand strategists with working journalists, so pitches are built the way an editor wants to receive them. Packaged programs are available for CEOs who want a defined scope and a defined outcome rather than an open-ended retainer.
Media strategy and pitching. Byline placement. Interview preparation and media training. Speaker bureau and conference relations. Awards submissions. Crisis and issues counsel.
Author and speaker brand development
A dedicated track for speakers, authors and expert entrepreneurs. The process runs positioning questions before a single piece of content gets made: what you’re known for, who you’re for, and what you’re deliberately not going to talk about. From there we build the podcast and PR playbook that supports a book launch and a keynote career rather than running parallel to it.
Positioning and category definition. Keynote and signature-talk development. Book launch and bestseller campaigns. Speaker one-sheet and reel. Podcast tour strategy. Author platform and list building.
Ghostwriting and podcast production
Co-created writing and audio. We interview, you approve. Articles and bylines for trade and national outlets, long-form social, newsletters, and either guest placement on established shows or full production of your own.
Bylined articles and op-eds. Social systems. Newsletter and long-form. Podcast guest placement. Owned podcast production, editing and distribution.
Founder films and commercial video
A full commercial production capability with nearly three decades of filming leaders, founders and the businesses they built. When a brand needs an anchor asset, a documentary-style founder film, a brand anthem, an origin story that plays in a boardroom or on a keynote screen, this is the specialist route, and it’s in-house.
Documentary-style founder films. Brand anthem video. Executive interview series. Broadcast and commercial production. Event and keynote capture. Founder portrait photography.
The story that outlasts the company
Most founders spend thirty years building something and never write down how, or why.
A legacy book fixes that. We produce a publication-quality book that captures a founder’s life, a family’s history or a company’s origin in permanent form, and we handle the full arc of it.
Recorded oral-history interviews with you and the people who were there. Archival photograph sourcing, scanning and restoration. Ghostwriting and structural editing that turns transcripts into a narrative worth reading. Design, typesetting and production. Then the release you choose: a private limited hardcover for family, board and key clients, or a full trade edition with ISBN, distribution and an audiobook.
It lands hardest at succession moments, milestone anniversaries and exits. It is also, for many of the leaders we work with, the single asset their family cares about most.
Oral history interviews. Family and company archival research. Ghostwriting and developmental editing. Photo restoration. Custom design and typesetting. Private limited editions. ISBN, print and trade distribution. Audiobook. Companion documentary film.
Personal branding and public relations are not the same service
This trips up more founders than any other question we get, so here is the clean version.
Public relations
Earns you coverage in other people’s media. A publicist pitches, secures and manages placement. The audience belongs to the outlet. The credibility transfers to you.
Personal branding
Builds positioning, content and an audience you control. Your narrative, your channels, your search results, your list.
Most founders eventually want both, and the order matters. Architecture first, so that when press comes, every outlet is quoting the same person. Run it backward and you spend PR budget amplifying a message nobody has settled yet. We run both under one roof, which means the pitch, the byline, the film and the book all draw from a single source of truth.
Questions founders ask
How is this different from PR?
PR earns coverage in media you don’t own. Personal branding builds positioning, content and audience you do own. Most founders need both, in that order. We offer both.
Do you ghostwrite for CEOs?
Yes. Articles, bylines, long-form social and newsletters. It’s co-created: we interview you, work from your actual language, and you approve everything.
What is a family legacy book?
A professionally produced book capturing a founder’s life, a family’s history or a company’s origin. We handle interviews, archival research, ghostwriting, design and production, then release it as a private limited edition or a full trade publication with ISBN and distribution.
How long does a legacy book take?
Most run several months end to end, driven mostly by interview scheduling and archival research. We can compress for a fixed date, an anniversary, a retirement, a succession announcement, if the timeline is set at the start.
Do I have to be in Utah?
No. We’re headquartered in Utah and work with founders nationally. Interviews and reviews run remote. Production travel is scoped per engagement.
How much of my time does this take?
Phase one is interview-heavy, so expect several hours across a few weeks. Ongoing work is designed around a founder’s calendar: short recorded interviews and voice notes, with production on our side.
Who owns the work?
You do. Positioning, content, footage, manuscripts and assets are yours, including if the engagement ends.
Your company has a brand strategy. You should too.
Nearly three decades of building brands that hold up under scrutiny. Let’s build yours, and when the time comes, write it down properly.
